BSG Props Pair of GEPE Panels
Two, medium sized, plastic faux button panels from the Galactica set. These are weathered and dirtied GEPE screens, each with hard plastic pieces glued to the top by production to resemble “buttons”. Coated with wax to give the appearance of age and distress. One screen features two wires at the back for power connection, and functions with a 12 volt power supply. The second screen is non-functioning. No power supply included. Each measures 9″ × 7½″ × 1″.
Provenance
Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
Multi button display panels as seen on the walls throughout the Combat Information Center and corridors on the battlestar Galactica. Panels like these were seen on wall panels close to intercommunications devices. Their function was not noted.
