About
The Prop Archive is the creation of Joe Beaudoin Jr., pop culture archivist and researcher, who has over 20 years of experience under his widening belt having worked for multiple companies in this space.
In order to maintain and preserve the rich heritage created by innumerable professionals across a panoply of disciplines, many pieces from various television series and movies have made it into the public for potential safe keeping. While it is impossible to physically store these artifacts and relics of bygone eras in one place for all to see and share, it is more possible than not to curate them digitally. Ergo, The Prop Archive.
Aiming to utilize the latest technologies, this endeavor is not limited to solely preserve records for future generations, but also to research and disseminate information on our shared cultural heritage, to educate, to preserve our culture,, and beyond.
In due course, The Prop Archive will proceed towards multiple phases, bringing in subject matter experts and other adherents to bear, in the hope of creating the archive of cultural heritage that spans the globe, reflected in the curation of entertainment artifacts from multiple venues and sources.
