This wardrobe lot was available for use during the production of Scream VI by the character, Kirby Reed as portrayed by Hayden Panettiere. This wardrobe lot didn't make it into the final cut of the film, but it was originally designed for the theater scenes where Kirby Reed is initially introduced to Ghostface's lair by Gale and during her climactic confrontation at the movie's conclusion.
