This wardrobe lot was available for use during the production of Scream VI by the character, Kirby Reed as portrayed by Hayden Panettiere. This wardrobe lot didn't make it to the final cut of the film, but it was intended for the theater scenes, where Kirby Reed is first shown Ghostface's lair by Gale and when the Ghostface attacked her in the theater.
