Black, canvas, zip-front jacket featuring Velcro-affixed patches on both sleeves. The right sleeve contains an “Atlantis” patch. The left sleeve’s patch is an image of the Canadian flag. No size available. Shirt is a black, cotton, crew-neck T-shirt by Banana Republic. Size L/G. Pants are black, canvas, cargo-style pants with a zipper and hook/eye closure. Production has sewn a white label to the inner waistband that reads, “McKay 03/08”. No size available. Brown leather hiking boots, size 10, manufactured by Vasque.

Black uniform worn by actor David Hewlett as “Rodney McKay” in the fifth season of Stargate Atlantis. As brilliant as he is disagreeable, Rodney McKay began working for the Stargate program remotely from Area 51, called in to put out fires at Stargate Command as needed. He was an obvious choice to lead the science team of the Atlantis expedition, and his knowledge of Ancient technology also played a key role in Sheppard’s unit.
