Defying Gravity Mars 40-42 Mission Plaque
Production made plastic plaque with gold detailed front and the words “Mars Mission 2040-2042,” featuring the Mars logo with the names “Michael Goss,” “Ted Shaw,” “Maddux Donner,” “Sharon Lewis,” and “Jeff Walker.” Measures 10in × 5.5in.
Provenance
Received directly from the production of Defying Gravity.
Plaque from Maddux Donner’s (actor Ron Livingston) crew quarters onboard Antares. The Mars 40-42 Mission was a tragic one for Donner, as he was forced to leave behind crewmates Jeff Walker and Sharon Lewis on Mars. Production noted this item as being a backup version.
