Production-made device made of cut acrylic and aluminum painted gray and black with silver with black and gold vinyl accents. Also present are three yellow acrylic rods which are pressed into the sides of the main body. Measures 3" x 3.5".

This subspace transceiver inverter was used during production of the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Whispers." Using an old schematic, Jake uses the replicator to create this device for a science project. Item is made from acrylic and metal with vinyl accents and measures 3" x 3.5".
