BSG Props Vice-Presidential Ballots
Three production made vice-presidential voting ballots. One, with a vote for Gaius Baltar, has been signed by the Libran delegate. The next, with a vote for Tom Zarek, is signed by the Aerilon delegate. The final ballot, from the Tauron delegate, has no vote marked. Each ballot features cut corners and measures 5″ × 7″.
Provenance
Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
The election that led to Gaius Baltar becoming Vice-President of the Colonies was decided with ballots such as these. The delegates were to choose between either Tom Zarek, or Gaius Baltar. Production noted these as doubles or backup versions of the ballots from Season One’s episode “Colonial Day.”
