BSG Props Pegasus (v2) and Viper Patches
Both patches are production made. The Pegasus version 2 patch represents the second and final version of the patch, as seen on screen. The patch has a blue background with silver stitching and measures 3⅝″ in diameter. The Viper patch has an off-white cloth background with the silhouette of a Viper Mk VII embroidered in blue, the word “Viper” in black and red stitching, and a black embroidered border. Patch measures 3½″ in diameter.

The first patch is the standard blue and silver patch used on battlestar Pegasus crew uniforms. Two styles of this patch were made during the show’s run. The first was the same gold color as the standard Galactica patch (V3), but it was decided a different look was needed to differentiate the two crews, so the colors were changed to blue and silver. Also included is the Viper patch seen on the shoulder of flight suits worn by Viper pilots. Patches like this appeared in numerous episodes throughout the series.
