Stargate SG-1 O’Neill Hazmat Name Tag

Stargate SG-1 O’Neill Hazmat Name Tag

Production-made rectangular patch featuring a black border with “ONEILL” sewn in black over a gray background. Measures 4in × 1.5in.

Provenance

Taken by Propworx staff directly from The Bridge Studios, where MGM’s Stargate series were produced.

Name tag production made for actor Richard Dean Anderson as “Jack O’Neill” in Stargate SG-1, but unused. As team leader of Sierra Golf One, Colonel O’Neill was responsible for putting Stargate Command’s best foot forward on alien planets. His unusual sense of humor came free of charge.
