BSG Lida’s Jumpsuit from ‘...Stream of Stars’
This is the gray jumpsuit worn by Lida in Season 4’s “Islanded in a Stream of Stars.” A gray, weathered jumpsuit marked “Six Hero” on collar tag. Jumpsuit is size 36 tall with holes cut in back for a harness.

Gina
The script refers to this particular Number Six identity as Gina (akin to Gina Inviere), and not Lida.
Her name is not mentioned on screen to either confirm or dispute this, however.
This is the Number Six who argues with Dealino during the remediation of Galactica's dilapidated inner structure, before a pressure alarm sounds and she ends up saving him, sacrificing herself in the process.
