The classic Stephen Spielberg penned horror feature "Poltergeist" spanned a hit TV Series, "Poltergeist: The Legacy" (1996-1999). This is a special gold-yellow custom made contract lens used by a "demon" to create an "other-worldly" effect in the creature. It was designed and applied to the actor by Special Make-Up Effects Wizard Andrea Le Vine and is from her personal collection. it is still in the original production "Bodytech" saline bottle, and includes a Letter of Provenience from Andrea Le Vine.
