From the TV Series "Poltergeist: The Legacy" (1996) based on Steven Spielberg's penned classic horror feature, this is a special screen used hero Demon lens. It is carefully "weighted" so that it sits still and vertical in the actor's eye to create the specific "saucer" design hand painted on the lens. It was crafted and applied by Special Make-Up Effects Artist Andrea Le Vine. It comes from Ms. Le Vine's personal collection and is in its original production saline "Bodytech" bottle.
