Underworld: Evolution Appliance

Being that “Underworld: Evolution” (2006) is the direct sequel to the original “Underworld” (2003), it recaps a great deal of the plot from the original. This means a great deal of Lycans and Vampires’ fly through the screen. Here is a screen used prosthetic appliance with forehead, skull, ears and back of neck of one of the many “utility monsters” that populated this film. The appliance is a soft foam material.
