British "redcoat" style uniform with brass buttons and blue lapels, worn by actor Victor McLaglen. Includes a United Costumers label with McLaglen's name handwritten on it. British born McLaglen, a war veteran and professional boxer, excelled at "tough guy" roles during Hollywood's Golden Age and appeared in such classics as Gunga Din, She Wore A Yellow Ribbon and The Quiet Man, the latter starring John Wayne and which garnered McLaglen an Academy Award nomination.
