Scream Queens (2015-2016) Green Meanie / Ingrid Hoffel (Kirstie Alley) Screen Used (2) Machetes Ep 201

In Scream Queens Season 2, Episode 1, the Green Meanie is introduced through brutal hospital slasher scenes, including wielding machetes, to establish a feral, over-the-top killer presence before the identity is revealed. These moments later foreshadow Ingrid Hoffel (Kirstie Alley), whose polished administrator persona contrasts sharply with the Green Meanief s raw violence.
