Once Upon a Time is a 2011-2018 adventure/fantasy television series about a young woman with a troubled background who is pulled to a small Maine village where fairy tales are believed. Maleficent (Kristin Bauer van Straten) is a fictional character based on the Wicked Fairy from the Sleeping Beauty myth. This is the crown she wore on TV during her early appearances in the series. The left side was intentionally modified with a separation and the blue tape was used just to secure its shape until placed on the actresses head and held with a hair clip.
