Listing date: 2/10/2021 Originally intended to carry on the legacy of The Evil Dead Trilogy, as a fourth installment, due to it's large amount of content, Ash vs Evil Dead became a hugely popular horror-comedy TV series that makes Ash (Bruce Campbell) responsible for trying to save all of mankind. Once the right hand of Ash Williams, Ash cuts off his own hand in an attempt to prevent the "evil infection" from spreading throughout his body. As a result, the evil hand becomes its own entity that he cannot control. The Severed Hand "object" first appeared in Evil Dead II. It later made a brief appearance in the opening of Army of Darkness, and eventually played a major role in the first season of Ash Vs Evil Dead. In Season 1, Episode 4- Ruby can be seen taking Amanda out to the car to reveal Ash's "evil" hand to her.
