The Shrink Next Door Ike Paul Rudd Screen Worn Stage 2 Sweater & Shorts Ep 105

Ike is a narcissistic, manipulative psychologist who takes advantage of a nice-guy patient Marty by forcing his way into and eventually grabbing control of all aspects of his life. Note the shorts are "dirty" from when he fell as he was tearing down the fence in episode 105.
