Wizards of Waverly Place (2007-2012) Jerry Russo David DeLuise Screen Used Repurposed Creature Head Ep 318

Originally seen used in episode 318: Dad's Buggin' Out, of Wizards of Waverly Place (2007-2012), this creature head appliance was crafted by Mark Rappaport's Creature Effects Inc. for Jerry Russo's (David DeLuise) transformation into a giant insect-person. Although unclear when, this item was transformed by adding a face piece to it and repurposed for another production.
