Man Of Steel (2013) Production Made Redeye Chicago Newspaper The Topeka Capital- Journal Newspaper & At Home Newspaper

Printed on newsprint, this newspaper is unique in that the story inside is actually the story of Lois gathering notes throughout the whole film. Great care was made by the prop master with the newspaper props to use actual words in the newsprint that were written to actually make sense rather than just be “filler”. Although it was meant to be seen in the finale, it ended up being cut and remains only in the extra features of the movie. The “extra” paper included with it tells the story of filming in Plano, IL which doubled as Smallville.
