When Josie's wounds are more intense than expected, both Dr. Headwoods agree to knock her out so they can perform more invasive recovery work. Not trusting of the Headwoods, Josie pretends to take the pills and is instead awake during the procedure, working her mind to deflect the pain and focus elsewhere. The components of this wardrobe set were worn by Josie (played by Katie McGuiness) during this scene.
