Close Encounters of the Third Kind Production Used (2) Miniature Aliens W/ Box

This auction item is from Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

This is a Production Used Prop Item.

This lot features two production-used miniature alien figures created for Steven Spielberg’s Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977). Cast in a light-colored material and mounted in a custom display case, the figures depict the film’s iconic extraterrestrials, whose peaceful first contact with humanity became one of the most memorable moments in science fiction cinema.

Used by the production during the filmmaking process as miniature reference or effects elements, these figures represent the distinctive alien design seen during the film’s climactic Devil’s Tower encounter.
