This is Grace’s (Portrayed by Ryan Gosling) Screen Worn Wardrobe Set.

The distinctive cracked Hero chest plate in this lot was worn by Ryland Grace, portrayed by Ryan Gosling, during the climactic emergency aboard the Hail Mary. After Grace jettisons the ship’s second fuel tank, his seat is ripped free and he is violently thrown around the cockpit before Rocky comes to his rescue. The production’s costume continuity records identify the cracked Hero chest plate for this sequence and its aftermath, including the scene in which Rocky drags the injured Grace through the ship’s corridor.

The ensemble consists of screen-worn production components associated with Grace’s space suit and is accompanied by original wardrobe tags identifying Hero components and Changes 43 and 44. The visible wear, cracking, scuffing, and distressing are production-applied and reflect the suit’s appearance during filming.

All design elements, insignia, graphics, and markings remain as incorporated by the production to preserve the costume’s historical authenticity as used during filming. The suit is sold as a collectible display item and has not been represented as functional or suitable for protective use.
