A Starfleet "Cobrahead" Phaser as introduced in Star Trek: The Next Generation. This piece was nicknamed the "Cobrahead" by the production because of it's boxy appearance. This was the streamlined version of the phaser that replaced the larger "Dustbuster" Phaser around the second season. This is a solid piece made of cast resin, painted silver with black and tan accents. This item shows slight wear from use on screen but remain in excellent screen used condition. From the collection of Alec Peters.
