A Klingon D'Ktang knife featured in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. The d'k tahg (or Daqtagh) was the traditional Klingon warrior's knife. It consisted of a single, straight-edged primary blade and two curved secondary blades, which could be either fixed or hinged. It was commonly used in hand-to-hand combat, and had great ceremonial value in Klingon culture. This piece was also believed to have been used in Star Trek: The Next Generation. This beautiful item features a resin handle with a dull aluminum blade. The pommel of the knife is missing the small spikes, but remains in excellent condition. This piece also features a rare sheath made of two pieces of vacuformed plastic. From the collection of Joe Longo.
