A Romulan fleet uniform features in the major motion picture Star Trek: Nemesis. The Romulans are biological cousins of Vulcans, as they were descended from those who rejected Surak's reforms during the Time of Awakening. The Romulan Star Empire was the Romulan state and one of the major powers known in the galaxy. This uniform is comprised of black elastic topped trousers, a brown t-shirt, a Mandarin style collar bib that ties up the back to be worn under the uniform jacket featuring a multi-colored, square pattern that zips up the back.
