Technical Description: Black nylon mesh tactical vest with zipper front, lace-up sides, six horizontal belly pockets with Velcro closures, two vertical chest pockets with Velcro closures, left chest pocket is production modified to accomodate a radio antenna, pockets have blocks of black foam inside, webbing buckle on each shoulder, webbing and snap belt loops, back has three strips of webbing loops, production marked "MITCHELL" on blue tape inside interior pocket. Black nylon webbing belt with Fastex buckle. Black nylon webbing adjustable P90 shoulder harness with Fastex buckle, is missing center buckle connector, production marked "JEFF" on white tape.
