BSG Props Set of Pegasus (versions 1 and 2) and Galactica Patches

All patches are production made. The Pegasus version 2 patch represents the second and final version of the patch, as seen on screen. The patch has a blue background with silver stitching. The Pegasus version 1 patch is the first version of the patch. The patch has a bronze background with black stitching. Both patches measure 3⅝″ round. The Galactica patch is made from a light gold (almost silver/white) background fabric with the Colonial Phoenix symbol and Battlestar Galactica BSG 75 embroidered in black thread. Measures 3½″ in diameter.

The first patch is the standard blue and silver patch used on battlestar Pegasus crew uniforms. Two styles of this patch were made during the show’s run. The first was the same gold color as the standard Galactica patch (V3), but it was decided a different look was needed to differentiate the two crews, so the colors were changed to blue and silver. The first version of the Galactica patch was created for the Miniseries but later replaced by a patch made from “better” fabric.
