A collection of personal items from Richard Woolsey, including his watch and diplomas, used in Season Five of Stargate Atlantis. Formerly an NID hatchet guy, Richard Woolsey served as the United States representative to the International Oversight Advisory, until he was appointed by the IOA to replace Samantha Carter as administrator of the Atlantis expedition.
