Less formal off-duty watch worn by actor Robert Picardo as “Richard Woolsey” when he was not in uniform in Stargate Atlantis. Formerly an NID hatchet guy, Richard Woolsey served as the United States representative to the International Oversight Advisory, until he was appointed by the IOA to replace Samantha Carter as administrator of the Atlantis expedition. Only in charge for a single season, Woolsey served the team by following his conscience and not allowing his superiors to take advantage of any situation.
