Production Description: Dress and purse worn by actress Amanda Tapping as "Samantha Carter" during the opening scenes of the Stargate SG-1 Season Ten episode, "Family Ties". A valuable member of the SG-1 team, Sam worked on the Stargate project two years before Dr. Daniel Jackson managed to open the wormhole to Abydos. She worked her way through the ranks from captain to a full bird colonel, and eventually commander of her own Deep Space Carrier, the George Hammond.
Technical Description: Tan long-sleeve spandex dress with printed nature scenes; cobra broach costume jewelry, gold in appearance with faux diamond crown and red glass eyes, manufactured in Italy by Roberto Cavalli, size 46; brown leather purse with brown leather straps with brass ring connections, zipper top, with zipper pocket and two side pockets inside, lined with fabric floral print material, manufactured in China by Franco Sarto.
