Production-acquired desert camouflage hot weather sun hat with production mark “CARTER” on label. Made in U.S.A. Size 7¼.

Taken by Propworx staff directly from The Bridge Studios, where MGM’s Stargate series were produced.

Boonie cap worn by actress Amanda Tapping as “Samantha Carter” in the earlier seasons of Stargate SG-1. While on desert worlds Carter often donned this cap. As her hair became more of an icon for the character she began covering it less and less.
