Tan webbing name plate embroidered in brown with “U.S. AIR FORCE”, measures 1in × 8in. Tan webbing nameplate embroidered in brown with “O’NEILL”, measures 1in × 9.5in. Brown embroidered master parachutist badge on khaki cloth, measures 2.5in × 2in. Brown embroidered space command badge on khaki cloth, measures 3in × 2.5in.

Taken by Propworx staff directly from The Bridge Studios, where MGM’s Stargate series were produced.
A series of tan service patches taken from the uniform of Jack O’Neill in the production of Stargate SG-1. O’Neill served as the team leader of the first mission to Abydos, then later became commander of Sierra Golf One for eight years. He was then promoted to leader of Stargate Command, a position he filled for a year before transferring to Homeworld Security at the Pentagon.
