Stargate Replicator Original Concept Art
Art department created black and white pencil sketch on vellum. Measures 17in × 11in.
Provenance
Taken by Propworx staff directly from The Bridge Studios, where MGM’s Stargate series were produced.
Original concept art for the Replicators, introduced in the Stargate SG-1 Season Three episode, Nemesis. The Replicators would become a formidable enemy of SG-1 which would appear all the way through the first DVD movie, Stargate: The Ark of Truth. This artwork is an interesting example of an appearance this important species might have been given.
