Stargate Family Original Concept Art
Set of two art department created black and white pencil sketches on vellum. Both measure 17in × 11in.
Provenance
Taken by Propworx staff directly from The Bridge Studios, where MGM’s Stargate series were produced.
Two original concept art sketches for a sculptured hedge garden, likely the Chompka Groves, from the Stargate SG-1 Season Two episode, Family. Teal’c’s son Rya’c sends a hidden message to his father, asking him to meet at the “morning Chompka Groves.” Two serpent guards are depicted with Rya’c in these scenes.
