Stargate Dempster Flight Suit

Stargate Dempster Flight Suit

Production-modified green cotton jumpsuit with Earth patch on the left sleeve, SGC patch on the right sleeve, Midway Station patch on right breast, nameplate patch with “SCOTT DEMPSTER” and Space Command symbol on the left breast, wound hole and simulated blood on front to represent Wraith feeding. All four patches are attached with Velcro. Production-acquired black cotton t-shirt by Penmans. Jumpsuit is size 44L, t-shirt size L.

Provenance

Taken by Propworx staff directly from The Bridge Studios, where MGM’s Stargate series were produced.

Green flight suit and black t-shirt worn by actor Toren Atkinson as “Scott Dempster” in the Stargate Atlantis Season Four episode, “Midway.” When the Wraith invade Midway Station, Dr. Bill Lee engages a lockout protocol to prevent them from reaching Earth. The Wraith commander feeds off Dempster’s life force until he is a rotten corpse, hoping this will persuade Lee to give him the code.
