Costume decoration set consisting of: pair of flat black metal star pins with two shirt tacks each on back, each measures 1in in diameter. Blue and olive drab 1in nametapes each with embroidered character name “O’NEILL”, measures 8.25in and 8.75in long. Tan 1in nametape with embroidered “U.S. AIR FORCE”, measures 8.25in long. Olive drab embroidered Air Force insignia patch, measures 3in × 2.25in. Tan embroidered Air Force insignia patch, measures 2.5in × 2in.

Costume apparel made for Richard Dean Anderson as “Jack O’Neill” but believed to be unused. This lot includes two “O’Neill” name tape panels of different colors, a “U.S. Air Force” name tape, two Master Parachutist tape panels of different colors, and Brigadier General stars.
