Stargate SG-1 Daniel Artifact - Stringed Instrument
Musical instrument made from a gourd painted black with four strings, black leather panel tacked to the face, and seashell decorations around edge of face, measures approx. 18in × 7.75in × 6in.
Provenance
Taken by Propworx staff directly from The Bridge Studios, where MGM’s Stargate series were produced.
A stringed instrument, used as set decoration in Daniel Jackson’s laboratory in the production of Stargate SG-1. This artifact could be seen throughout the series in various episodes which featured the lab.
