Stargate Atlantis Keller Medical Instruments
Silver metal penlight, lights up when metal shirt clip is pressed, functionality is verified, measures approx. 5.5in × 0.5in in diameter. Clear plastic syringe with white plastic plunger and blue plastic cap, does not have a needle, measures approx. 4in × 0.75in in diameter.

A pen light and syringe taken from Dr. Jennifer Keller’s personals, used by actress Jewel Staite in the production of Stargate Atlantis.
