Stargate Continuum Vala Uniform - Double

Production made, tan, camo uniform. Jacket features zip-front, ribbing detail at collar and wrist cuffs and Velcro-affixed, “Vala size” patches on the sleeves. The right sleeve contains an “SG-1” patch, and the left side has an “Earth” patch. There is an extra tan, Velcro circle on the right sleeve to be used for the purpose of alternate patch attachment. The pants are button-fly with belt loops. Production has affixed two labels to the inner waistband that read, “Vala 06/2007” and “Photo DBL”. No size available for either piece. Also includes tan, crew-neck T-shirt by American Apparel. Size M.

Taken by Propworx staff directly from The Bridge Studios, where MGM’s Stargate series were produced.

Uniform worn by actress Claudia Black’s double as “Vala Mal Doran” in Stargate Continuum. Vala joined the SG-1 team in Season Ten to help stop the Ori, who had enlisted her newborn child to be their spiritual leader in the Milky Way Galaxy. In the process she discovered stability, friendship, and self-respect.
