Stargate SG-1 Ori Warrior Helmet

Stargate SG-1 Ori Warrior Helmet

Production-made foam rubber helmet painted silver to simulate metal. Has ornate engraving throughout the piece, the Origin symbol worked into the nose guard and bronze detailing. Features foam rubber, leather and chainmail neck guard at rear. Features production marks “Richard” and “SAM NS” inside helmet. Measures 10.5in × 11in × 9in.

Provenance

Taken by Propworx staff directly from The Bridge Studios, where MGM’s Stargate series were produced.

Helmet worn by an Ori warrior from Stargate SG-1 Seasons Nine, Ten and “The Ark of Truth.” The warrior caste served as ground troops for their noncorporeal gods, the Ori, traveling to distant planets and forcing alien cultures into servitude and worship. Their message was always the same: follow the path of Origin or be laid down in the dust.
