Stargate Atlantis Wraith Keeper Costume - Stunt

Production made, floor-length, velvet, cream-colored gown with train. Zips in the back. Features long sleeves with the shoulders cut out and a mock-turtleneck collar. There are extensive stains and weathering along the bottom of the gown and sleeves due to use. No size available. Includes production made, matching, velvet mask. Features holes cut out for the eyes. Also included are a pair of gray, high-heeled shoes with Velcro-strap fastening by B2. Dirty and distressed by production. Size 9½.

Silver dress worn by actress Andee Frizzell’s stunt double as the Wraith Keeper in the Stargate Atlantis pilot episode, “Rising”. The Keeper was the first Wraith leader to be introduced in Atlantis, and her last act -- waking the other members of her race to the awareness of a new feeding ground -- spelled doom for two galaxies. Frizzell subsequently appeared as all the female Wraith characters over the course of the entire series, minus two roles.
