Production-made laminated card with beaded chain. Has the SCG self-destruct activation protocol printed on front. Back is blank. Measures 7.75in × 6.75in, chain is 35in long.

Taken by Propworx staff directly from The Bridge Studios, where MGM’s Stargate series were produced.
A laminated card with instructions on the Stargate Command self destruct device, seen in the Stargate SG-1 Season Five episode “Menace”. General Hammond and Major Carter enter the device chamber on Level 28 and activate the countdown to prevent a new breed of Replicators from escaping the base.
