Stargate Atlantis Ronon Runner Costume - Stunt

Production-made costume consisting of: brown leather trousers with lace-up back, black leather zip-up front panel, black leather panel in back and stirrups; two black tooled leather chaps with zip-up, button and clasp closures, each missing a single clasp; black stingray vest with leather detailing at collar and armholes riveted shoulder pad on left, leather harness over right shoulder, lace-up sides and clasp closing front; black leather belt with metal buckle. Trousers and vest have production mark “RONAN STUNT”. No size information available.

Taken by Propworx staff directly from The Bridge Studios, where MGM’s Stargate series were produced.

Costume worn by actor Jason Momoa’s stunt double as “Ronon Dex” in the character’s very first Stargate Atlantis episode, Season Two’s “Runner”. Sheppard’s expedition comes upon Ronon, fleeing Wraith soldiers who wish to hunt him for sport, in this costume.
