Stargate SG-1 Ori Wall Mount
Production-made metal symbol mounted on a wood frame. Metal symbol has decorative designs engraved into entire surface and is mounted to the wood panel with 5 screws. Wood panel is painted subdued silver and textured to simulate metal. Symbol measures 0.25in × 9.2in × 25.1in; wood panel measures 0.5in × 15in × 18.4in.
Provenance
Taken by Propworx staff directly from The Bridge Studios, where MGM’s Stargate series were produced.
Wall mount in the shape of the symbol of Origin, seen on Ori warships throughout Season Ten of Stargate SG-1. The Ori developed the Origin religion thousands of years ago and shaped their societies so that beings beneath them would worship the Ori and provide them with energy. This wall decoration is a symbol of that devotion.
