BSG Props Tyrol’s Dog Tag
Production made metal dog tag and brass ball chain. Both the tag and the chain have been heavily weathered. Tag has the Colonial Phoenix emblem as well as “G. Tyrol” and “ser. 409185” written across the bottom. Tag measures about 1¼″ in diameter.
Provenance
Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
Chief Tyrol’s dog tag labeled by production as being for actor Aaron Douglas and made specifically for the telefilm, The Plan. This tag was never used, as the hole for the chain has not been completely punched through. Standard brass, six sided dog tag worn by colonial military personnel throughout the run of the Battlestar series. Also includes a brass ball chain.
