Production-made light gray vinyl background with silver lettering. Damaged in use by production while attached to a Viper Mark II. Measures 24½″ × 6½″.

Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
Weathered Viper Mark II nameplate belonging to Captain Kara “Starbuck” Thrace. These nameplates are placed on both sides of the cockpit to identify a pilot’s ship. Pilots aboard Galactica had unique nameplates featuring their names and call signs.
