Silver cubit contains the Colonial phoenix and ring symbol on one side and the Scorpia symbol on the other side. The 100-cubit bill is two sided with a green color scheme, includes a reference to the “Seventh Millennium of Time” (a nod to the original series), and features the symbols for each of the Twelve Colonies, as well as the Colonial phoenix and ring symbol. Silver cubit measures 1″ × 1½″; paper cubit measures 3⅞″ × 3⅞″.
Provenance
Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
Set of one silver and one 100-cubit bill. Cubits are used for currency in business transactions and for leisure-time activities, such as shopping or gambling. These cubits were used in episodes throughout the series.
