Brown, nylon, foam cushion lined bag by Blurr. Features black straps including a removable shoulder strap. Distressed Buccaneers patch affixed. Vinyl ball, unknown manufacturer, core is most likely foam. Ball is weathered. Black and red paint has cracked over part of the surface.
Provenance
Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
Pyramid is a popular professional-league sport watched throughout the Twelve Colonies of Kobol. This is a backup pyramid ball as used in scenes with the resistance and the Caprica Buccaneers pyramid team. Caprica Buccaneers team bags like this were handed out to team members to carry their equipment and uniforms around. Production labeled this bag as being used in the telefilm “The Plan.”
